Michael began his financial services career in 1979 and brings decades of senior leadership experience across national Financial Planning AFSLs and boutique practices.

A highly experienced business and practice manager, Michael holds a Diploma of Financial Planning and has specialised expertise in sales management and operational leadership.

After working with Services Australia in the Payment Assurance Operations Branch, Michael recognised a growing need to help Australians aged 60 and over navigate the Centrelink system with confidence. This led to the establishment of Pension Preppers in August 2024.

Michael is supported by his wife, Angie, who manages the day-to-day operations of the business, including administration, accounts, and marketing.

Chris began his career in banking in 2005, building a strong foundation in customer service, operational excellence, and people leadership.

In 2017, he transitioned into the private health insurance sector, where he continued to expand his leadership capability and influence. Across both industries, he has held several senior leadership roles, consistently driving performance, culture, and customer outcomes.

He is a highly capable and people‑focused leader who has successfully guided multiple high‑performing teams—first as a Bank Manager and, most recently, as a Virtual Messaging Mastery Leader.

Known for his coaching mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to empower others, Chris brings a proven track record of lifting capability, improving results, and fostering environments where teams thrive.
