Home Equity Access Scheme

This service is designed to assist those clients wishing to supplement their retirement income by applying for the Home Equity Access Scheme.

Full details regarding the Home Equity Access Scheme can be found on the Services Australia website which includes an eligibility calculator and a calculator to see how much you can borrow.

The fee for this service commences from $595 for an individual and commences from $450 each for a couple where both are attending the same meeting.

For Perth Metropolitan clients, an additional fee of $75 per person per accompanied visit to Centrelink (if required).

For those clients who are sole traders, have a partnership, are business owners or have trusts, own residential investment properties or commercial property, have a share portfolio or self-managed super fund or invests in crypto currency, additional fees may be payable.

All initial fees will be provided in an engagement and must be agreed to prior to appointments being held.
